The AI-coached LMS

An LMS that proves they actually learned.

AI Learn replaces click-through courses with a voice coach that teaches, lets people practice out loud, and assesses each learner in real conversation — so you see exactly who can do the job, not just who finished.

How it works

From your material to a coach that teaches it.

Build courses for onboarding, compliance, product knowledge or any skill — in minutes, not weeks.

01

Upload what you have

Drop in your existing material: documents, slides, video, scripts. Nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch.

02

The AI builds the course

Agents assemble adaptive modules with slides, exercises and a coach that genuinely knows the subject.

03

Your people learn by talking

A real conversation. The coach listens, shows, corrects and adapts — live, by voice.

One coach, a full toolbox.

Like a great teacher, she reaches for the right tool for the moment — whether the lesson is a product walkthrough, a safety procedure or a customer call.

Objectives first

Everything is built around what people need to be able to do.

Every course is a board of learning objectives. We start from the capability the learner must walk away with — then the coach fills each objective with the right tools from the box. Nothing more, nothing less.

Here's what it looks like in the app

Course Overview / Fly drones safely in the open category (A1/A3)

Kanban Playlist Settings Learning Objective
Framework Introduction Pre-assessment … toolbox … Closing
Learning objective 01
Determine where and over whom you may fly based on subcategory and C-class
Given a drone's weight/C-class and a location description, the participant states the correct subcategory and where flight is permitted.
4 nodes
Video
Drone classes
C0–C4 in two minutes: what each class means for where and how you can fly.
node
Lecture
The open category, A1/A3 and C-classes
What the open category means (VLOS, under 25 kg, max 120 m, never over crowds).
node
Whiteboard
Class meets subcategory
The coach maps the connection between weight, C-class and permitted subcategory.
node
Question
Can you fly here?
Oral: determine based on weight and location whether flight is permitted in the open category.

Learning objective 02
Check the airspace and find the right information before flying
The participant distinguishes between CTR, restricted and dangerous areas and geo-zones, and describes where to look for the information.
3 nodes
Lecture
Keep track of the airspace
CTR, R-areas, D-areas, protected sites, geo-zones — and where to find them.
node
Exercise
Match location to rule
Interactive matching: link location/situation (airport, prison, nature reserve) to the right rule.
node
Question
What applies here?
Oral: the difference between an R-area and a D-area, and where to start looking.

Learning objective 03
Assess your own fitness to fly and manage human limitations
The participant reasons through a scenario (e.g. tired after a night shift, or tempted to rely on RTH) and draws the right conclusion.
2 nodes
Lecture
Are you fit to fly?
Alcohol, medication, fatigue/microsleep, stress, vision (scanning technique, night vision).

Question
Assess the situation
Oral scenario: tired or tempted to rely on RTH — what decision do you make?

Learning objective 04
Plan and carry out a safe flight according to operational procedures
The participant can run through a pre-flight check, cite VLOS/120 m and respond correctly in an emergency.
3 nodes

Safe flying step by step
Before, during and after the flight in three equally weighted phases — and emergencies.

Adaptive

It skips what they already know.

A short diagnostic conversation at the start reads what each person actually needs. Then the course reshapes itself around them.

Diagnosis first. The coach gauges the level through conversation, not a test.

A path that fits. What they already know is shortened — or skipped entirely.

Understanding you can measure. Assessment happens continuously, inside the dialogue.

Personal

Every learner gets their own version.

Same course, but it feels tailor-made. The coach knows who she’s talking to — and shapes every example, exercise and roleplay around that person.

Scenarios with their name on them. Roleplays use the learner’s real role, industry and challenge — not a generic example.

She remembers between sessions. Next time, the coach picks up where they left off and skips what they’ve already shown they can do.

In their language. The whole session — voice, slides, roleplay and summary — in English or Swedish, end to end.

A live session

Slides and exercises appear as the conversation unfolds.

No slideshow to click through. The coach presents in step with the learner — each slide drops in exactly when it’s needed.

Results

See exactly who can do what.

Most LMS platforms tell you who finished. AI Learn shows you who can actually do it. Understanding is measured continuously in the conversation, and a heatmap maps every learner against every objective — so you always know where to put your effort.

A heatmap across the whole cohort. Objective by objective, learner by learner: green for mastered, amber on the way, red where support is needed.

Catch the ones who are stuck. Filter for learners who’ve stalled or never started — before it becomes a problem.

Share it as a PDF. One click gives you a finished cohort report for leadership — without handing over platform access.

For producers & agencies

A studio for the people who build the courses.

Upload source material, shape the course graph, calibrate the coach in chat, and edit slides — all in one calm, well-thought-out workspace.

Course graph

Build and connect modules visually.

Calibrate in chat

Fine-tune the coach's tone and knowledge through dialogue.

Brand kits

Every course carries the right colors, fonts and logo — yours, or your client’s.

Multi-tenant

One account, many clients — each fully branded and isolated. A new recurring line for agencies.

Common questions

The things you’re wondering.

What is an AI-coached LMS, and how is it different from a traditional LMS?

A traditional LMS hosts content and tracks who clicked through and completed it. An AI-coached LMS delivers the learning itself — a voice coach teaches, practices and assesses each learner in conversation. AI Learn from Multiproduktion Norden is one such system: the coach talks, shows slides, draws on a whiteboard and runs roleplays while the learner answers out loud, and you get evidence of real understanding rather than just a completion tick.

Can people really learn by talking to an AI instead of reading and clicking?

Yes — voice-led learning teaches through conversation instead of reading and clicking. An AI coach explains, shows visuals and asks open questions the learner answers out loud. AI Learn works this way and assesses understanding continuously in the dialogue, the way a good teacher does.

Can we turn our existing material — documents and video — into an interactive course?

Yes. AI can convert existing material into a structured, interactive course automatically. In AI Learn you upload what you already have — documents, images, video and scripts — and AI agents build an adaptive course around clear learning objectives, delivered by a talking coach. You don’t start from scratch, and you don’t rebuild your content library.

What do “adaptive” and “personalized” training actually mean in practice?

Adaptive, personalized training adjusts content and pace to the individual and skips what the learner already knows. AI Learn opens with a short diagnostic conversation, gives each learner their own version with roleplays drawn from their role and industry, and the coach remembers what was covered between sessions — so experts aren’t bored and beginners aren’t lost.

How can we measure what employees actually learned?

Understanding is measured most reliably as it happens, in dialogue — not with a single final quiz. AI Learn gives managers a heatmap of who has mastered which objectives and who is stuck, a shareable PDF report for leadership, and defensible evidence behind every score. You see capability, not just completion.

Can a course be taken entirely on a phone?

Yes — modern AI training runs straight in a phone’s browser, with no app-store download. AI Learn is a Progressive Web App you can install on mobile, and because it’s voice-led, people can learn by listening and speaking wherever they are.

How do we get started, and what does it cost to try?

Most teams start with a free demo before deciding. With AI Learn the demo is free and takes about 45 minutes — we show how the platform works, from a live voice-coached session to how courses get built and measured.

Is it secure, and is our data handled correctly?

Each organization’s data is isolated at the database level (row-level security), and you control who can access your workspace. When learners speak to the coach, audio is processed in real time by Google (Gemini) to generate responses; our privacy policy explains exactly what is processed and stored.

Ready when you are.

Book a demo — and talk to the coach yourself.

In about 45 minutes we’ll show how your team would build a course, deliver it, and measure who actually learned — and you’ll talk to the coach live. Free, no commitment.
